To get a message delivery report, first copy the message link in the source chat.

Enter the /track command in the chat with the bot.

The bot has responded to the command. Paste the link to the message you just copied.

A link to the message has been added to the chat with the bot.

A delivery report has arrived. From the report we see that the message has been published to the chat destination.
