Delivery report
A message with a video arrives in the source chat.
We see that this message with the video did not arrive in the destination chat.
To get a message delivery report, first copy the message link in the source chat.
Enter the /track command in the chat with the bot.
The bot has responded to the command. Paste the link to the message you just copied.
A link to the message has been added to the chat with the bot.
From the delivery report we see that the forwarded message contained a video. In the forwarding settings there is a filter (see the following screenshot) that allows only images, so the message was not delivered to the destination chat.
In the Filters settings we see that the mustHave - <photo> filter is set, which allows forwarding only messages with pictures. The filter worked correctly, so the message with the video did not arrive at the destination chat.
